I Face Premature Data Expiry on MobiMatter Europe USA eSIM and Can’t Use My Plan

Before heading abroad, I purchased the "Europe USA 10+2 GB Free" plan from MobiMatter on March 28, 2025, with order number mm-9315515. The plan was supposed to remain valid for several months. However, when I recently tried to use it in Budapest and Iceland—well within the expected validity period—I received an alert saying I had already used up all my data.

This is completely incorrect. I hadn’t used any of the data before these two trips, and the SIM shouldn't have expired. I’ve made multiple purchases through MobiMatter before and never encountered a problem like this.

I request that the company investigate this issue and issue a full refund. I paid for a data plan I couldn’t use, and that’s unacceptable. Please correct this immediately.
