Unable to Log Into Mobile Legends After Switching from Android to iPhone

I recently switched from an Android phone to an iPhone, and now I can’t log into my Mobile Legends account despite knowing all my account details. My original ID is 9 digits long, but the system is now requesting a 10-digit ID.

When I try to log in using email, I am redirected to the account switch option, which only allows login with an ID. This creates a frustrating loop, leaving me unable to access my account.

I need immediate assistance to recover my account and resume playing. Mobile Legends should simplify the account recovery process, especially for users transitioning between platforms. Please help me resolve this issue promptly.
