Dear Mobile Legends Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical problem with my Mobile Legends account. After switching accounts, I attempted to log back into my original account but was unable to do so. The verification code is not being sent to my email, which prevents me from accessing my account.

My in-game ID number is 1240598271 (4375). I've been playing for a long time and switched accounts several times without incident, but this is the first time I've encountered such a problem. If this problem is not resolved, I may have to consider taking legal action because I am heavily invested in this account.

Please help me recover access to my account as soon as possible.
