Mobile Legends Banned My Account for Map Hack Despite No Cheating

My Mobile Legends account was recently banned due to alleged map hack usage, but I am absolutely certain I have never used any cheats or third-party tools. This ban is completely unjustified. I’ve been a long-time player who only plays classic mode for fun—not for ranking—and now all of my time, effort, and the money I’ve spent in-game have been wasted.

I've also recently made significant diamond purchases and shared the transaction details, yet I still haven’t received any support or proper explanation. It’s heartbreaking to be treated this way after years of playing and investing in the game.
