Mobile Legends Heroes Disappeared After Server Problem

I am experiencing a serious issue in Mobile Legends regarding the heroes Brody, Wanwan, and Karrie that I previously purchased using diamonds. After spending approximately 1600 diamonds to unlock these three heroes, they suddenly disappeared from my account following what appeared to be a server-related issue in the game.
Yesterday, I was unable to log into the game for the entire day and assumed there was a temporary server problem. However, when I logged in again today, I discovered that the Brody, Wanwan, and Karrie heroes I had already purchased with diamonds were completely missing from my account, as if they had never been purchased at all.
I attempted to get assistance through the in-game support section, but I have not been able to communicate properly with support, and the issue still remains unresolved.
I request that the diamonds I spent and the purchased heroes — Brody, Wanwan, and Karrie — be restored to my account immediately. My account information is as follows:
