I Paid for MLBB Diamonds but They Were Sent to the Wrong Game

On May 26, I made a payment of approximately $41 through Epinland for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). However, I accidentally completed the transaction for the wrong game, and because an incorrect game ID was entered, the diamonds were credited to a different game account.
As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted the Epinland support team through the platform’s support system and provided the payment receipt as proof of the transaction. After reviewing the situation, I was informed that the payment would be refunded to my bank account within 14 to 21 days.
Despite nearly 20 days having passed since that communication, I have not received the promised refund, nor have I received any further updates from the support team. My attempts to follow up on the matter have not resulted in a clear response regarding the status of the refund.
Since the purchased diamonds were credited to the wrong game account and a refund was previously promised by Epinland, I request that the approximately $41 I paid be refunded in full to the same bank account used for the transaction. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and the promised refund to be processed without any further delay.
