I Paid for a Mobile Legends Diamond Promo but Never Received My Diamonds

Yesterday around 7:00 a.m., I made a bank transfer payment of $24 through Garanti BBVA via Epinsepetin to take advantage of the “buy one, get one free diamonds” promotion for the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Even though I have the payment receipt, no diamonds have been credited to my game account with the ID 1255834945 (4379) for two days.

I want the diamonds I paid for to be credited to my game account as soon as possible and in full. Since the product has not been delivered despite the payment and I have not received any response, I am requesting that the issue and the inconvenience I experienced be resolved immediately.
