Hello, I just installed Mobile Legends for the first time and was really excited to start playing. But right at the beginning, I’m already facing a serious issue. During the tutorial phase, the game prompts me to choose from Dyroth, Vex, and Layla. I select a hero, and everything loads up to 100%—then it completely freezes.
No matter what I try—restarting the game, clearing the cache, or reinstalling—it always gets stuck at 100% loading and never enters the training session. This means I can’t even start playing the game I just downloaded. I haven’t even reached a real match yet and I’m already stuck. It’s honestly frustrating and disappointing.
Mobile Legends team, please fix this ASAP. New players like me are being locked out before we even get to experience the game. If you want new users to stay, you need to make sure the tutorial works. Don’t let game-breaking bugs like this go unresolved. I expect a prompt fix and a working onboarding experience—otherwise, what’s the point of installing the game at all?
