I Can’t Start Training Mode in Mobile Legends on My Vivo Phone – Stuck on Loading Screen

I downloaded Mobile Legends just yesterday, but I haven't been able to play at all due to a frustrating issue. Every time I open the game, it throws me into the tutorial training mode with the heroes Dyroth, Layla, and Vexana. The loading bar fills up to 100%, but then it just freezes with a “Loading” message and never progresses to the training phase.

No matter what I do, the game won’t start properly. I even went so far as to reset my phone entirely, but the issue remains. My phone is a Vivo, and it fully supports the game. I bought it just two months ago, so it’s definitely not a compatibility issue.

It’s incredibly disappointing to install a game and not even be able to get through the tutorial. I’m reaching out to ask if anyone else has experienced this and successfully resolved it. Also, I’d really appreciate it if Moonton’s support team could look into this and help me fix the problem. I want to play the game, but right now it’s impossible.
