I Can’t Get Past the Character Screen in Mobile Legends – Game Freezes at 100%

I recently installed Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), but I can’t even get into the game properly. It freezes on the character selection screen. After I choose a hero, it starts loading, reaches 100%, and then just stays stuck. I’ve waited over 30 minutes, tried selecting different characters, and restarted the game multiple times—but nothing works.

I’ve also tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and checking my internet connection, but the issue still isn’t fixed. I’ve been trying since yesterday to play the game, and this problem has made it impossible to enjoy.

Please fix this glitch immediately. It’s incredibly frustrating for new players like me to get stuck at the very beginning without any explanation or solution.
