I Can’t Load Mobile Legends Bang Bang After Character Selection Screen

I recently downloaded Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, but I can’t get past the character selection screen. No matter which character I choose or how long I wait, the game refuses to load further. I even tried switching characters and using a completely different phone—but the same issue happens every single time.

This is incredibly frustrating. I've been dealing with this for over a day now, trying everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing works. I expected a smoother experience from such a popular mobile game, yet here I am stuck at the same frozen screen.

I’m requesting an urgent fix or at least some clear guidance from the support team on what to do next. If this is a widespread issue, then it needs to be resolved quickly. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting and deserve a response.
