Hizlipin Credits Only 88 Diamonds on 396.78 TL Mobile Legends Purchase

On September 9, 2026, at around 1:03 AM, I purchased diamonds for the game Mobile Legends from the website Hizlipin for 396.78 TL. I selected a package options in-game ranging from 133 to 1,041 diamonds, but only 88 diamonds were credited to my account.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Hizlipin. Despite it being obvious that an incomplete loading occurred, when I requested a refund, they informed me that the refund to be made to me would be short by approximately 190 TL. In other words, they both failed to credit the full amount of diamonds and stated that they would make a deduction during the refund process. I demand that either the product I paid for in full be credited completely to my game account or that the full amount of 396.78 TL be refunded to me without any deductions. Furthermore, I request that this hardship be investigated and that similar situations not be inflicted on other users.
