Can’t Recover Mobile Legends Account After Unauthorized Email Change

I recently discovered that an unfamiliar email address has been linked to my Mobile Legends account (ID: 338765796 (4025)). It appears that this happened about 6–7 months ago, but I only just realized it. I’ve filled out and submitted the account recovery form multiple times, but I keep getting error messages saying either “incorrect information” or “too many appeals submitted.” I also contacted Mobile Legends customer support, but I haven’t received any response.
I have proof of all my in-game purchases and transactions linked to my account. I’m requesting that the unknown email address be removed and that my personal email be reconnected to my account. I’m experiencing this issue across all my devices and want my account’s security fully restored.
I kindly ask for this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
