Unable to Recover Hacked MLBB Account – Error Preventing Access to Support

My Mobile Legends account has been hacked, and I can’t get any help through the in-game support system. Every time I try to submit an account recovery request, I get the error, “You have submitted too many recovery requests.” My requests aren’t even being processed. I’ve waited and tried again the next day, but even after two months, I’m still facing the same issue.
I have all the necessary information, including the account creation date from Game Center, my original iCloud, and purchase receipts for diamonds. I’ve followed every step with 100% correct and complete documentation, but I keep hitting the same error and being sent back to the start. Does anyone know what else I can do to recover my account? Please help!
