Mitsubishi Installation Team Left a Mess Behind, No Compensation Offered
It was just awful what they did to us.... Algan Mekanik, the authorized dealer of Mitsubishi Electric in Esentepe, Bursa came for installation first, I had bought an air conditioner from them, and like a week later, their service team showed up at my place. So, like, the technicians who came over totally messed up and ended up bursting a water pipe. It was a total disaster and my house was a mess for three whole days. We were stuck with, like, this half-done construction site vibe. They not only messed up our water plumbing, but they also had the nerve to make us pay for fixing the pipe they broke. To make things even worse, the crew that showed up on day three totally transformed our place into a full-on construction site while they were installing everything. Even though it was super inconvenient, they didn't even bother saying sorry or giving any kind of compensation or making things right. be careful when you get service from this brand. The pics we got here show how our place was totally trashed. we had to go through all that embarrassment after working our butts off to earn that money. Take a lesson from our bad experience and make sure you don't end up in the same mess.
