I bought the Missha Rice Essence Sheet Mask expecting gentle care, but instead, it caused a horrible reaction. As soon as I applied it, my entire face started burning. I took it off right away, but the damage was already done—my skin turned bright red and the burning hasn’t stopped. It feels like something exploded on my face, and I have no idea why this happened.
I followed the instructions exactly and used it on clean skin. There were no warnings that this could happen. I’ve used many skincare products before and never had a reaction like this. This is extremely upsetting and scary.
Worse yet, I bought multiple packs thinking I’d use them regularly. There’s no way I’ll ever put one of these on my face again. But now I’m left wondering how to fix the damage already done. I’m heartbroken looking at my reflection—my fair skin is inflamed and painful, and I don’t even know how long it’ll take to recover.
Missha needs to take responsibility for this. I want an explanation, I want to know what ingredient could’ve caused this, and most importantly—I want a full refund. This should not happen to anyone else.
