How to Cancel a Mistaken Missha MClub Order Before It Ships
Today I placed a wrong order with the Missha MClub online store (Order No: 6821226). As soon as I noticed, about ten minutes later, I requested to cancel the order. However, customer service told me that because the order is already in the preparation stage, cancellation cannot be done—they advised I should decline delivery and then return the item.
In this process, I urgently need to reorder the correct product, but it requires the current order to actually be cancelled. If I follow customer service’s suggestion to not accept delivery and then initiate a return, I’ll have to wait at least another week and I will miss the current promotion. The order amount was approximately $58. I paid in one lump sum using my credit card. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation.
I request that my order be immediately cancelled, my payment refunded, and that my inconvenience be resolved.
