Miniso Mall of Istanbul Refuses Refund for Rusted Stainless Steel Bottle

Less than a month ago, I purchased a stainless steel Harry Potter-themed water bottle for $17 from the Miniso Mall of Istanbul store, and it started rusting within a short period of time. A stainless steel product rusting in such a short timeframe poses a health risk and is extremely disappointing in terms of product quality.
I went to the store where I bought the item to request an exchange or refund, but they told me they could not assist because I did not have a paper receipt. Even though I made the payment with a credit card—allowing the transaction date and amount paid to be clearly visible in their system—they refuse to accept this record. In this day and age, when almost every transaction is processed digitally, strictly insisting on a physical paper receipt severely damaged my trust in both the store and the brand.
Given their failure to stand behind a product that degraded so quickly and their refusal to acknowledge a purchase that can be verified via a credit card statement, I demand that my grievance be resolved and that an exchange or refund be granted for the rusted product.
