Defective Miniso tx520 Earbuds Fail to Pair Out of the Box
A few months ago, a friend of mine purchased Miniso tx520 earbuds from Miniso's Adana Turgut Özal Boulevard branch. Since only one side worked from the day it was bought, my friend was unable to use the product and gave it to me as a gift so I could use it as a single earbud.
I have been trying to get the other earbud to work for about a month now. When I connect them via Bluetooth, both earbuds appear as separate devices, making it clear that they do not pair with each other due to a factory defect. In other words, the product has been defective from the very beginning, preventing it from functioning as intended. We do not currently have the receipt, but we know the product was purchased from the Miniso Turgut Özal Boulevard location.
Regarding these earbuds that are clearly defective right out of the factory, I request that the store assist us even without the receipt, and if possible, provide a solution through a product replacement or a non-defective item.
