Minichat Charged $9 to Restore Account, Then Banned Without Reason
I am a Minichat Free user, and my account ID is 329835344, which I access via my iPhone. Without any warning or explanation, I was suddenly banned right after I sent my Instagram handle to someone I had just met on the platform. This isn’t the first time—it has happened four times in total.
The first ban occurred late at night, and I assumed it was because I had shared a link to another platform. To regain access to my account, I paid $9. However, later I was asked to pay again, and my account was banned once more, even though I did not violate any community rules. I have also been unable to reach customer support to discuss the situation.
I believe my account was unjustly banned, and I request that it be reinstated immediately. In addition, I ask for a refund of the $9 I paid to have my account reopened. I urge that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
