I was charged by Mindguru after a free trial ended and can’t cancel the subscription, what should I do?

If you were charged by Mindguru after a free trial and can’t cancel normally, first try cancelling using their official cancellation bot:

Message the bot that you want to cancel, enter the email and name tied to your subscription, follow the prompts to confirm cancellation, then use the customer portal link you receive to finish cancelling.

If the bot doesn’t work or you still get billed, go to the Mindguru Support page and submit a request under Plan Membership → Cancellation with your payment info and explain you were charged despite cancelling.
