Milwaukee Bits Broke Quickly, Importer Failed to Resolve the Issue

I purchased Milwaukee bits from a store, believing they were original. However, the first bit broke after just three screws, and the second one lasted only 10-15 screws. Suspicious of their authenticity, I contacted the importer using a number I found online and provided photos of the broken bits as requested.

The importer confirmed that the bits were original but had a manufacturing defect. They assured me they would replace the product and send it to my address. However, they later changed their stance, saying I needed to resolve the issue with the store instead.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this process and made it clear I do not wish to deal with the store. Losing ₺250 isn’t the issue—it’s the lack of accountability from Milwaukee’s importer. I demand the promised replacement or proper resolution.
