Midasbuy Took My Payment but Didn’t Add UC to My Account

Last night, I purchased UC through Midasbuy, but the UC never appeared in my account. I completed the payment successfully, yet my in-game balance remains unchanged. This is completely unacceptable, especially when real money is involved.

I’m reaching out to Midasbuy to say this clearly: either deliver the UC I paid for or refund my ₺ immediately. I’ve already paid, and you’ve received the funds—now it’s your responsibility to fulfill the service.

My Player ID is 514*. I hope you not only solve this issue for me but also for others who may be experiencing the same problem. We’re paying customers and deserve prompt resolution. Please fix this as soon as possible and stop ignoring these issues.
