I Sent 3940 UC to the Wrong PUBG Account via Midasbuy and Can’t Get Support

I accidentally sent 3940 UC to an inactive PUBG Mobile account instead of my main one, and I have been trying to contact Midasbuy support for days with no response whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating, especially since the UC was purchased with my own money and is now stuck in an account I don’t use.

I clearly explained the situation in multiple messages, requesting the UC be transferred to the correct account that I actively play on. I provided all necessary details, including account IDs and transaction proof, yet I’ve heard nothing back.

Midasbuy, I need you to step up and resolve this issue promptly. Please transfer the UC to my correct PUBG Mobile account or offer an alternative solution. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a platform that handles real money transactions. I expect a response and resolution without further delay.
