I Accidentally Sent 2179 UC to the Wrong PUBG Account on Midasbuy
I mistakenly transferred 2179 UC through Midasbuy to the wrong PUBG Mobile account. I realized too late that your system automatically opened the secondary account linked to my email, which I no longer use. Both accounts are registered under the same email, but my main account ID is 5365****59. The account that mistakenly received the UC is now inactive and not being used at all.
I kindly request that you refund or transfer the UC to my active account. The credits on the other account remain untouched — I haven’t spent a single one. You can also verify through my previous orders that all activity has always been on the account named “Captain.”
Please assist me in resolving this. I would greatly appreciate your support in correcting this error. I’m waiting for the UC to be transferred to the correct account. Thank you.
