My Michelin Primacy 4 Tire Burst Unexpectedly and Another Has a Slow Leak

I experienced a serious issue with my Michelin Primacy 4 tires. On October 12, 2025, while my car had only 31,000 km on it, one of the tires suffered a severe tear. In addition, another tire on the vehicle frequently loses air pressure. These tires came factory-installed with the car, so I don’t have an invoice or warranty certificate, but my vehicle itself is still under warranty.

I haven’t yet contacted Michelin’s authorized service or customer support, but I am requesting an inspection and replacement for the affected tires. I expect prompt assistance and a clear resolution, as such issues should not occur with a tire of this quality and reputation.
