Six months ago, I purchased four Michelin Primacy 5 tires in Konya for my 2018 Audi A4. Since the day I installed them, I have been experiencing serious traction issues, even at low speeds. When I brake, the tires slide as if on oil, causing the car to skid uncontrollably. This issue occurs constantly, regardless of road surface or weather conditions, and it poses a significant safety risk to my driving experience.
The tires are only six months old and should still be under warranty. I paid a total of ₺26,000 for them. So far, I have not contacted Michelin customer service or the dealer, but I plan to do so soon.
Due to this serious problem, I request either a full refund or a replacement with safe, high-quality tires that ensure proper braking and traction performance. I urgently ask Michelin to inspect the tires and resolve my issue promptly to prevent any potential accidents.
