A couple of weeks back, I purchased a brand new Michael Kors bag in a lovely camel color with a long strap for my mom. The bag looked great at first, but within a week, the stitching on the top and the handles started coming undone. I was really bummed out to see the bag start peeling so soon, especially considering its brand and quality.
We've used faux leather bags before, but never encountered this type of peeling. It would be great if the brand could send us thin, long pieces in Camel color and long handles, even if they don't offer a replacement.
