Michael Kors Charged Me More and Didn’t Deliver My Bag
I ordered a Michael Kors bag from their website on October 24. The listed price was ₺2500, but when I completed the payment, ₺3190 was deducted from my account. Despite this, I proceeded with the purchase, yet the bag has still not been delivered. To make matters worse, the tracking link in the confirmation email doesn’t work, and I’ve tried contacting the company both through their website and email but haven’t received any response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to provide an update on my order or process a refund. Michael Kors must take responsibility and improve their customer support services.
