MEXC Trading Platform Suffers From Serious Order Delays

For about one month, my buy and sell orders on the MEXC exchange, both in spot and futures trading, have been executing with constant delays. Even when trading with small balances, these delays disrupt my transactions and prevent me from intervening in the market at the time I want.

I have to wait for several minutes just to connect to live support, and once connected, it takes around 10 more minutes to receive a response. Both the order execution delays and the slow support response times are causing serious problems for me.

I am requesting that MEXC fix its technical infrastructure so orders are processed on time, provide a clear explanation for why these issues are occurring, and offer faster and more effective support through live chat.
