MEXC SMS Verification Stuck on Old Number — How to Switch to a New Phone Line
In the MEXC iOS app, the phone number registered to my account is an old number that I no longer use. When I try to add my new phone number to my account, the verification SMS is sent—due to security policies—to my old number, which I cannot access anymore. Because of this, I’m unable to update my number in the system and cannot perform any actions related to my account.
I would like to note that this issue started today (October 26, 2025). My contact email associated with the account is s***@gmail.com**.
Since my old phone line is no longer active, I am requesting assistance so that I can add my new phone number to my account.
