Mexc Restricted My Account Without Reason and Locked All My Funds
I’m a verified user on Mexc with UID 99415*, and today around 2:00 PM Turkey time, my account was suddenly restricted without any clear explanation. I was told it's due to an "account verification review," but there’s absolutely nothing suspicious in my activity that justifies this.
I’ve been investing through your platform in good faith, transferring funds from my bank to Paribu and then into my Mexc wallet. I haven’t made any suspicious transactions—no transfers to or from other accounts, just my own. Yet now I’m completely locked out, and your live support team says it might take up to 30 days to resolve this?
This is unacceptable. All my funds are frozen, and I can't access a single cent. Waiting a full month will cause serious, irreversible harm to me financially. I trusted Mexc with my savings, and now I feel completely betrayed.
The process at Mexc took a long time, I still don't understand why I was subjected to such a restriction, but at the end of 30 days my restriction was lifted. During this period, there was always attention and feedback.
