Mexc Exchange Turned My Bank USDT Futures Short Into A Long By Error

On November 13, 2025 at 12:03:20 (Riyadh time), I opened a Short (Sell) position on the BANK/USDT perpetual futures pair. However, after the order was executed, I noticed that the platform registered it as a Long (Buy) position instead. This caused my position to move in the opposite direction and resulted in a loss, while the original trade setup should have been profitable. I am absolutely certain that I pressed the Sell (Short) button before confirming the trade. I kindly request the investigation team to review the Execution Log and the User Interface Action Log for my account to verify the order type that was sent from my device. Please escalate this case to the Compliance Department and provide me with an official response. The expected outcome is either the correction of the trade record or compensation for the lost profit due to incorrect execution.
