MEXC Account and Funds Frozen After HTX Transfers

I am writing about a problem I experienced on the Mexc platform, which I access from Turkey. On 20/10/2026 at around 15:00, a block was placed on my account and on my funds, even though the transfer I made was from another exchange account that is also registered to me. I had initiated transfers for about 6–7 P2P transactions, and these transactions ended up being blocked. Because of this situation, I have incurred an approximate loss of 1,000 dollars. The source account on the HTX exchange is fully in my name and has completed KYC verification, so the origin of the funds is transparent and verifiable. Despite this, my Mexc account and funds have been unnecessarily restricted. I want the unjustified block on my account and on my funds to be removed as soon as possible. In addition, since the funds come from my own, KYC‑verified HTX account, I expect Mexc to take responsibility for this situation and compensate me for the financial loss I have suffered.
