Umingle Account Restricted Despite Being 18

My Umingle account was restricted on Saturday, 24 October 2026 due to an age-related issue, even though I am already 18 years old. I cannot access my account properly at the moment and therefore cannot use the Umingle services as before. I can provide a document or photo that clearly proves my age is 18. I kindly request Umingle  to restore full access to my account and remove the age restriction so that I can use Umingle again, preferably as soon as possible today.
