I Can’t Sell Cair Coin on MEXC—Sell Orders Keep Getting Cancelled for No Reason
I purchased a coin called Cair listed on the MEXC exchange. However, every time I try to sell it at a profit using a market order, the transaction fails. I’ve attempted this twice now, and both times the sell order was canceled. When I check the trade history, it clearly shows “cancelled” next to the orders. I’m baffled—why is this happening?
Could this be due to an old phone or a slow internet connection? Even if that were the case, the order should still reach MEXC’s system and be processed, not canceled. This situation raises serious concerns about platform reliability. If I can’t sell the coins I purchase—even when they’re in profit—how can I trust this exchange with future investments?
I demand a full explanation for why my sell orders are not going through and a resolution for the losses I’ve incurred as a result. MEXC needs to urgently address this issue and restore user trust before more investors are harmed.
