I Can’t Close My MEXC Account Due to False P2P Activity Restriction
I tried to close my account through the MEXC mobile app, but the process could not be completed. The system says that I cannot delete my account because I made a P2P transaction within the last 72 hours. However, I did not perform any deposit, withdrawal, or transfer during that period.
There is no balance or open position in my account, and I no longer wish to use this platform. I am requesting support to resolve this issue and to have my account permanently closed as soon as possible.
