MetWallet Registration Error on Android

I use an Android phone and today I tried to open an account in the Metwallet banking app, but the option to fill in my personal data does not appear on the screen. The app does not show the fields needed to complete the registration, so I cannot proceed with opening my account. I would like Metwallet to correct this problem and enable me to open my account normally through the app. If this is not possible directly in the app, I request support to open the account in another way using my registration email, which is ajabora***@gmail.com.
