MetWallet Verification Code Never Arrives and I Cannot Open an Account
I am trying to create a MetWallet account through Google on my Android device, but I have been unable to complete the registration process for approximately two days. Despite repeatedly trying with different phones, different phone numbers, and different Gmail accounts, I am not receiving any verification codes.
The system appears to send the verification code successfully, and I do not receive any error messages. However, no code arrives either on my phone number or in my email inbox. I have already changed my internet connection, switched devices, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but the issue continues without any improvement.
I am using an Azerbaijani phone number beginning with +994 and am located in the Fuzuli region. I also attempted to contact MetWallet customer support but was unable to find an effective support channel to report the problem. At the moment, I need a MetWallet account in order to transfer my balance from the ChaMet application to my bank account, but I cannot proceed because I am unable to complete account registration.
I request that MetWallet urgently investigate this verification issue, ensure that verification codes are delivered correctly, and help me successfully open my account. I also ask for clear guidance regarding any restrictions affecting Azerbaijani phone numbers or account registrations so that I can access my funds without further delay.
