METRO Failed To Deliver My Cargo On Time And Caused Loss
I had a shipment that was supposed to be brought from Mersin to Eskişehir by Şehirlerarası Metro Turizm on the 21:45 bus. The cargo, a crate, was handed over in person at the bus station and there is no official receipt, but I was clearly informed that it would be delivered to me in Eskişehir today, 17 April, at 08:00 in the morning. Despite this clear information, the cargo was not delivered on time. I paid a fee for this service, travelled about 15 km to the Eskişehir bus station, and had to return without receiving the cargo. I was seriously victimized, I lost work because I had planned my day and my job according to this delivery time, and both my time and money were wasted. After the problem occurred, I first spoke with the Eskişehir bus station office, but they did not provide any effective help or solution. I then called customer services and unfortunately received the same unhelpful attitude, with no concrete support or clarification about why the cargo was not delivered as promised. Due to the delay in delivery and the victimization I experienced, I request that the fee I paid for this shipment be fully refunded and that this process be examined and an explanation be provided so that similar problems are not repeated.
