Metro Turizm Cancels Bus Ticket Without Notice During Holiday Travel

During the holiday period, I purchased a ticket from Metro Turizm for the Mersin–Ankara route. The scheduled departure time was 5:30 PM, but around 2:30 PM, my ticket was unilaterally canceled without any explanation.
No reason was provided for the cancellation, and I was not offered an alternative trip. As a result, during this busy holiday period, I was unable to find another ticket. I was only directed to Obilet for the cancellation process, and Metro Turizm did not provide any explanation or solution.
Because of this, my holiday plans were completely disrupted, and I experienced significant inconvenience.
I request that Metro Turizm provide a clear and public explanation and apology regarding this situation. I also ask that the company arrange additional trips in place of canceled services or implement a proper solution process to ensure passengers are not left stranded in similar situations in the future.
