Refund My ₹639 Meta Verified Charge After Failed Verification

I recently tried to purchase Meta Verified for my Instagram business page. During the process I was asked to provide an ID document, but I do not have any ID and therefore I could not complete the verification. Despite this, today I was charged 639 rupees for Meta Verified. Since I am unable to provide an ID and cannot use the service properly, I do not want this subscription. I kindly request that the 639 rupees charged today be fully refunded and any Meta Verified subscription related to this payment be cancelled.
