Meta Verified Live Support Doesn't Work After I Subscribed
This morning, I purchased Meta Verified for my Instagram account @umuttt_.21. The subscription includes a one-month free trial, followed by a monthly fee of approximately $6, and one of the advertised benefits is access to live customer support. However, from the moment I subscribed, I have been unable to access the live support feature.
Despite trying repeatedly through the Instagram app, the live support option never opens, and I have no way to reach a support representative. I also reported the issue through the "Report a Problem" feature in the app, but I have not received any response or solution.
Although I purchased Meta Verified, I am unable to use one of its advertised benefits—live customer support. I request that Meta restore my access to live support as soon as possible and resolve this issue without further delay so I can receive the service included with my subscription.
