Meshy.ai Fraudulently Billed Promotional Gift Credits on July Invoice

I subscribed to the Meshy.ai 3D AI service approximately 3 days ago with the intention of purchasing the Pro Plan. However, the system assigned me to the Standard Plan instead of Pro, yet I was charged $13, as shown on the invoice dated July 16, 2026. Furthermore, promotional gift credits—which I assumed belonged to the Pro Plan—were billed to my card as if they were paid add-ons.

While attempting to purchase the Pro Plan, I was severely wronged both by being placed on the wrong tier and by having complimentary gift credits added to my total charge. I demand a full refund of the $13 payment processed from my card as a result of this error.

I specifically request that my full name be listed on this formal complaint, and I demand that this incorrect billing and plan allocation on my account be formally investigated so that my full refund is issued as soon as possible.
