Meshy.ai Subscription System Failed to Cancel and Continued Auto-Billing Account

I purchased a $10 package through Meshy.ai back in February. Immediately following the transaction, I cancelled my subscription directly through my user profile. Despite doing so, two separate charges of $20 were drawn from my credit card in March and April, totaling $40 in unauthorized fees.

When I accessed my profile, I discovered that my subscription was still listed as active, meaning the cancellation failed to process through the system despite my action. I have been wronged by having money withdrawn from my card every month without my consent. These payments were processed using my VakıfBank credit card, and funds continued to be taken without my knowledge during a period when I believed the subscription was fully terminated.

My registered email address is s*******@hotmail.com. I demand that my subscription tied to this email address on Meshy.ai be terminated immediately, that the total of $40 charged without my consent be refunded, and that this system error be formally investigated to prevent similar grievances.
