I am writing regarding an unexpected renewal charge for my Hailuo AI “Monthly Pro Subscription” in the amount of $34.99 USD on July 12, 2026. I did not intend to renew this subscription and had no plan to continue using this paid plan for the current period. I originally started this Monthly Pro Subscription on June 12, 2026. After the most recent renewal on July 12, 2026, I have not used any credits or paid features associated with this subscription. Despite this, the amount of $34.99 USD was charged to my Visa card ending in 9609.
