Meshy.ai Fraudulently Charged $20 Second-Month Fee on One-Time Subscription

I purchased a single one-month subscription to the Meshy.ai 3D application directly through their website. I bought this one-month subscription for one-time use at a cost of $10, and my card was billed $10. Despite this, for the second month, an unauthorized charge of $20 was drawn from my card on February 28, 2026, even though I had not saved my card details for recurring billing.

Following this improper charge, I sent numerous emails demanding a refund. They requested the last 4 digits of my credit card, the expiration date, the subscription ID, and payment screenshots; despite providing every single piece of information, I received no resolution. They instruct me to cancel through the "Manage Subscription" section on their website, but cancellation from that tab is completely non-functional; the system refuses to allow subscription termination.

I demand a full refund of the $20 charge processed without my consent and demand the immediate, permanent cancellation of my Meshy.ai 3D subscription. I refuse to accept unauthorized withdrawals for a second month on a one-month purchase, nor will I accept being left without support or a functional resolution.
