Meshy.ai Fraudulently Charged Card $30 One Month After Subscription Cancellation

Despite cancelling my Pro subscription package on the Meshy.ai website approximately one month ago, an unauthorized charge of $30 was drawn from my credit card today. Having a monthly subscription fee collected after I terminated my subscription and ceased using the service creates both a severe financial grievance and a breach of trust.

I did not purchase any annual package or additional service; I was enrolled solely in the Pro subscription, and after cancelling it, I expected no further charges to hit my card. Despite this, having money deducted today without my knowledge or consent demonstrates that the cancellation system on the website is not functioning properly.

I demand an immediate full refund for this unauthorized charge belonging to the cancelled Pro subscription and request that my payment card details be completely purged from your records. Furthermore, to prevent similar issues from reoccurring, I demand that my account's subscription and billing settings be audited and that I be formally notified in writing.
