MentalUP’s Advertised Discount Does Not Appear at Checkout

For approximately one month, I have seen MentalUP discount advertisements almost every day across various websites and social media platforms. I downloaded the app to take advantage of the advertised promotion, but when I reached the purchase screen, the discount shown in the advertisements was not applied at all.

Because the advertised offer does not appear on the checkout screen, I feel that the promotion is misleading. I also could not find a way to contact customer service through the app or any other channel, so I had no choice but to report the problem here.

I am requesting that the advertised discount be applied to my account so I can use the promotion. I also expect MentalUP to investigate the issue and correct its advertising content so that other users are not misled.
