My Telegram Has Been Hacked

I use Telegram on my Infinix Hot 10 device and my Telegram account appears to have been hacked. Four days ago the email address linked to my account was changed without my consent, and since then I have not been able to control or access my account properly. As can be seen in the attached confirmation code screen, verification codes are now being sent to an email address that does not belong to me. I am very worried that the person who changed this email may use my account and personal data to deceive my contacts or for other harmful purposes. I kindly request that my Telegram account be recovered and returned to me, that my data be secured, and that any unauthorized devices or sessions be logged out and blocked. I also request that any suspicious activities carried out from my account during this period be investigated and reversed as much as possible.
